Board of Directors
The Board consists of directors, elected by the Shareholders with unique backgrounds, elected to serve in the best interest of the ECF. Each Shareholder shall nominate half of the directors to the Board. The appointment for the First Nations is completed during one of the General First Nations meetings. The appointment for the TRA is completed at their Annual General Meeting.
